Please note that colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the handmade or printed nature of certain products.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
A contract between you and Fallow is formed when we accept and process your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
A product is unavailable
Pricing information contains an obvious error
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
We are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may be updated at any time without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
5. Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers used by our website platform.
We do not store payment card information.
6. Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather events, industrial action, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.

8. Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, Fallow accepts returns within 30 days of purchase provided that:
The item is unused
The item remains in its original condition
The item is returned in suitable packaging
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
The item arrives to them damaged
The wrong item was supplied
The product is faulty
9. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
